The brass plate on the front of the light reads J. The lamp body is made of thick copper with solid brass mounts and bail handle. This authentic stern light features a 135 degree clear Fresnel lens that survives in good order, free of chips or cracks. The lamp measures 13 inches tall exclusive of the brass bail handle and 8 inches across the bottom exclusive of mounting brackets. Electrified and comes with a 6 foot cord and on-off switch.
