Antiques, Fine Art & Collectibles. Vintage Old Brass Nautical Boat Passageway Light Oceanic Russell Stoll Co 1930s. DESCRIPTION Vintage WW2 era US Navy engine room light made by Russell Stoll & Co. Brass nautical boat light dating from the 1930/40’s as were found in engine rooms and passage hallways. The brass wall mounting light retains its 90 degree elbow and its metal cage. A great addition to any nautical light collection. Marked: Oceanic RS & Co 2419B MEASUREMENTS This light measures 10.5″ long by 5″ deep by 5 wide and weighs 5lbs 4oz. CONDITION In good working condition with wear and tear commensurate with age and scuffs to the paint, missing its glass dome inside the cage (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description). This listing is for an antique Russell and Stoll explosion proof cage light. It has the packing slip, mounting screws in plastic bag and extra gasket. Never used but not kept in box so it is a bit tarnished and dusty. There is a chip and 2 hairline cracks in the glass near the edge – longest one is about 1/4 inch see pics – does not affect use. Vintage Brass Russell & Stoll, WECO Light, Fuse boxes, Switches, 498, 1520, 495

Lot of Vintage Brass Nautical Electrical Fuse Boxes, Switch and Bulkhead or Passageway Light. I will try to describe piece by piece as best I can. A – Bulkhead, Passageway Light fixture- Heavy brass light, essentially the light is 5 separate pieces. Base box stamped R & S Co. Appears to be in good shape. No holes or cracks. 4 brass screws old the next piece in place. A gasket I between the base box and the “L” shaped Brass connector. Stamped WECO inside, no other numbers. Another gasket and then the brass light bulb holder with copper and bakelite light bulb holder. The brass part is stamped WECO, the actual electrical bakelite part says Kulka Electric Manufacturing Co. Also says 600V, 660 W Cat. 130, Made in U. And what looks like C B Inc. No cracks or chips. The brass cage is stamped WECO. If I had to guess, I would say these are unused. There is no corrosion or any other signs of wear. I have not tested it to see if it works. B – Small circular Russell & Still No. The interior electrical guts are bakelite and brass. On top marked R & S No. C – WECO 495 two fuse box. Brass box marked as stated. Two fuse clips on bottom of box marked Appleton 10 amp, 125 volt. The two separate fuse clips that screw into the lid are marked R & S Co. All fittings and pieces appear tight. D – R & S Co. 498 two fuse and a small switch. Outside marked as stated. Two fuse clips marked R & S co. And the switch is marked R & S No. Even the gasket is marked R & S and it definitely felt like I was the first one who opened the lid, plus there are no holes or couplings attached. There are NO fuse clips that screw in like the other one. Please ask if questions, concerns or information. AntiqueNAUTICAL CAGED LAMP, LIGHTRUSSEL & STOLL Co. I don’t know very much about this light…. BUT IT’S A GREAT LOOKING LIGHT FIXTURE! It has an embossed number in the metal: 1531-B. It has nice patina. It needs to be wired, it has no wiring, it does not work. The heavy glass globe is embossed R. CO, no chips, no cracks. It has a bail handle. I’m not sure if it was made to hang from the bail handle or if it was a pulled down lamp. The cage is sturdy and complete. There are 4 loops on the sides for ropes/rigging? Lamp measures approx: 14 long… 18 with the bail extended. This is a heavy light. All items are packaged with care.
