Made of solid Brass, can go indoor or out. This light would go well on the side of a dock piling, used as a sconce light in a tiki hut, wall light in a hallway, too many ideas to pitch. The glass in these lights is free from cracks and for the most part nice and clear. The cage screws on and off for easy changing of light bulbs. Our Recycled Boat Wood Furniture and decor from Indonesia is specifically made for us at our partner manufacturing facility in a small village on the coast of Indonesia called Jawa Timur. This is how we are able to source actual boat wood for the furniture we make. Some of the more perfect pieces you see on the furniture, mostly the straight pieces are harvested from old teak houses. Both recycled boat wood teak and recycled house teak are from the same teak tree from many many years ago and offer an incredible amount of stability and durability.
