This is a vintage new in the box galvanized ships all round navigation light made by Perko Marine. It was intended to be used as a ships emergency back up navigation light on vessels over 65.6 feet and up to 164 feet. It measures 15.5 ” tall, 107.5″ wide, and weighs 5.12 lbs. I acquired three of these and they are all identical. They all have the unclear (frosted)composite Fresnel lens. These are priced each. I believe Perko quit making this light in the mid 90’s.
