A Large Vintage Ships Oil Lamp. Onion shape with a heavy red glass shade. The light is made of copper and has a riveted and welded construction. The bottom has a bayonet fit which removes to gain access to the old oil lamp. Condition is good for age, the lamp appears to be only lightly used and has a wick fitted. There is the odd small loose weld and the glass has a few small marks from age. The copper is unpolished and has a nice aged patina. Please see my image for the best description.
