Authentic salvaged, ceiling-mounted nautical brass light. It was designed to be mounted on the ceiling, but can also be mounted with the glass pointing up. This light weighs about 6 1/2 pounds. From the top of the ceiling mount to the bottom of the cage, each light measures about 8 1/4 inches long, and when mounted to the ceiling it will protrude down 8 1/4 inches. The ceiling mount measures 5 1/2 inches across and has two mounting lugs. The widest point on this light measures about 5 1/2 inches wide. The light is rewired with all new UL-listed parts that are rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts and accepts most common household bulbs of 65 watts or less. The cage portion of the light body screws off to access the bulb area. This light is used and will have minor surface wear.
