The wall mount measures 3 5/8 inches in diameter and has four mount holes. To access the bulb socket, you simply unscrew the cage and the glass globe. Total weight of this light is about 4 1/2 pounds. An old conduit hole on the side has been filled with a brass bolt. The new wiring, including a ground wire, and bulb socket we installed was made by Westinghouse Electric, and is UL-Listed. Any normal screw in house bulb of 100 watts or less will work just fine. Because this light is from a working vessel, it has some surface wear. Why not shop right here at home?
