THESE ARE BRONZE NOT BRASS. Original Vintage Passage Way lights. A lot of these sellers are advertising ships lights as “vintage” but when you read the description they are just copies of vintage lights. Just check the weight difference in the originals and the copies especially India mfgs. One of the shipyards building these ships was in Brunswick, Georgia. They dismantled a lot of these ships in Savannah, Georgia. I acquired these lights in Savannah from a longshoreman who helped dismantle the ships in Savannah. He has had them since the end of the war. They are bronze weigh 12 lbs 14oz each. They are 12″ across and 5″ high. “NOT” vintage like, weighing less than two lbs and made of cheap brass from India. The amber glove is pictured. All you have to do is hook them up. I have owned these lights since the 1980’s. They would be terrific in a restaurant or a beach house for sure. They were manufactured by Russell & Stoll in New York. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. If you have an interest let me know and I will check on it. As always, thanks for looking.
