This listing is for a Vintage Mid Century Progress Lighting Flush Mount Nautical Star Light Fixtures with a White body & Clear face, all glass. The Glass Globe alone measures 3 1/2 tall, widest point measures 7 1/2 inches across the body, The rim that fits into the fixture measures 5 3/4 inches across the outside of the rim and angles in approx 1/8 of an inch all the way around the rim to be held in with screws. Together, The Fixture and globe attached sit approx 5 inches tall, the ceiling plate measures 6 1/2 inches across the rim and has 1 bulb 60watt or less. The inside of the ceiling plate has a Union Made Sticker and I know this was made by Progress Lighting in the 1960s. This Ceiling plate needs a good cleaning and is a bit rusty but is not corroded to the point of no use and the outside that can be seem when installed shows none of this. This has been tested and Works perfectly with the current wiring but may want to update as it is very old. For this reason, and the fact that many of my items are 50+ years old, my items show ware and other issues from age and use. They are not NEW or unused unless specified to be so. Look very carefully at the pictures. I also cannot verify that any given item did or did not come from a Smoke or Pet Free home. I try very hard to package as carefully as possible all of the items I sell. However, sometimes, no matter how well an item is packaged, it ends up lost or damaged.
