Vintage Brass Kockums Fresnel Lens Post Light. This Vintage Brass Kockums Fresnel Lens Post Light was designed to weather the storm. This style of post-light can be used indoor or outdoor. They make great patio and dock lights. Prominently marked on the top of this light is “Kockums”. This post light is made of solid cast brass. The thick clear 360 degree Fresnel lens is in good condition, it may have small scratches and chips due to years at sea. This light measures 14.25 inches tall and is 8.5 inches at its widest point. The mounting flange is 5 inches in diameter with 3 mount holes. This hefty light weighs 15.8 pounds. Weight: 15.8 lbs. We have installed a new porcelain bulb holder, wiring, and a ground wire. New electrical parts are UL-listed and are rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts. The bulb holder takes a medium base bulb of 100 watts or less. The new wiring exists through the post-mount.
