The light weighs 11 1/2 pounds. The red Fresnel lens is in good shape, with a couple edge chips. We have rewired these nautical lights, including a ground wire, with a new UL-Listed bulb fixture that is rated for up to 250 volts. The new bulb holder takes a medium base bulb of 75 watts or less.
