This is a beautiful and rare early brass or copper spotlight with handle. The metal is all non-magnetic so it is solid, it appears copper in color but most likely is brass as older alloys had differing concentrations leading to color variance. It is fitted with a bayonet mount bulb which is burnt out. The 6 or 12 volt bulb is shown as example but I doubt it is original. Good condition with some unraveling of the brass or copper metal conduit toward the end. No dents in the housing or cracks in the convex glass or metal reflector. Some scratches in the glass. The gasket in front of the glass is paper and not original but it does a good job of cushioning the glass. The housing measures about 5″ in diameter and the conduit is approx 12″ long.
