Measures approximately 24 tall which includes the loop used for hanging. The light does work, it has two bulbs inside that are currently working but they will need replaced once they burn out. The Lantern does show signs of wear/age, please use the photos for a close up look at its condition as they are part of the description. There are no chips or cracks on the plastic.
