Vintage Crouse Hinds Spotlight. The light is working but there is some loose electrical tape as you can see in the pics. It is a ADE 14? It could be a ADE 4, Catalog #42740. It has a diameter of about 16 and has degree marks on the mount. It could use a good cleaning. There is a rusty thumb screw by the label that I could not turn and I’m not sure what it does.
