Salvaged Vintage Lovell Double Stack Lamp100% Authentic. Lovell Double Stack Lamp – Stern or Bow Lamp. Bronze / Glass / Brass / CopperDouble stack Clear Fresnel Glass. Removed from recycled 1960’s cargo vessel. Dimensions: 18″ High, 8″ Wide, 27 lbs. Lamp has not been tested since removed. Did work at that time. The Glass is in great condition considering the age. As a side note, all items are removed from salvaged vessels and will have noticeable use, dings, paint, and cracks. These items are not new. Makes a great addition to any man cave or she shed. 2 VTG Lamp Lights Brass Nautical Lanterns Port & Starboard FH Lovell & Co 16.5. Offered is a pair of brass port and starboard nautical lamps. They feature a large ring top, a slide mount back, and a maker’s mark of FH Lovell & Co, Arlington, NC, USA. Red and green glass fronts. Can be used as candle lights, can add oil fonts or can be electrified. MEASURES: Box is 9.5″ tall, 16.5″ to top of ring finial. Slide mount is 4.5″ tall and 2″ wide opening for slide. Glass is 5.5 tall. CONDITION: A few dents, see close ups. No oil fonts (see pics of bottom), will need to replace or electrify or use as candle lamps. It is possible that the green lens has a hairline crack, see close up thru bottom, it is however very sturdy. Up for your consideration is a heavy Antique Vintage Brass Lovell U. Marked: “Lovell, Arlington NJ” and U. Weighs: 55 Lbs +. Measures approximately: 12″W (top screw down lugs/points) x 9 1/2″ diameter (cylinder) X 24H. Light has been modified internally with a light bulb to use as a table lamp, but need new power cord because of damage to plug. The clear glass lens/globe has considerable chipping of rimmed rings, but no cracks seen. Lugs to secure top to base work properly and top hinges fine. Light seems to consist of brass that has been painted black and shows wear, patina, scratches, and needs good detailed cleaning. Tip on top of light is bent and a little loose. Light House Service was formed in 1910 to maintain lighthouses and light vessels/ light ships (vessels with lighthouses to guide wayward ships) and was absorbed by the U. Vintage lovell light , I dont know much on what kind of light it is. Please see all pictures for your own determination of what it is & condition. The top has one dent , glass has no chips or cracks.
