Vintage Brass Ship Bulkhead Light Bolt Filled Conduit Hole

The wall mount measures 3 5/8 inches in diameter and has four mount holes. To access the bulb socket, you simply unscrew the cage and the glass globe. Total weight of this light is about 4 1/2 pounds. An old conduit hole on the side has been filled with a brass bolt. The new wiring, including a ground wire, and bulb socket we installed was made by Westinghouse Electric, and is UL-Listed. Any normal screw in house bulb of 100 watts or less will work just fine. Because this light is from a working vessel, it has some surface wear. Why not shop right here at home? Large Vintage Oceanic Cast Brass Sconce Light

This light is extremely rare because of one specific detail. If you examine the pictures, you will see that the “OCEANIC” marking is cast on to the top housing, instead of the cage where it is typically cast. This light weighs about 8.5 pounds. From the top of the wall mount to the bottom of the cage it measures about 10 inches tall. When mounted to the wall it will extend out by 8 inches. The wall mount measures 5 inches from hole to hole. The glass globe is free of any cracks, but may have surface wear and require additional cleaning. This light has been totally rewired, including a ground wire, with all new UL-Listed parts rated for any voltage of 250 volts or less. The new bulb holder takes a medium bulb of 75 watts or less. This light can be used for interior or exterior projects, it will never rust. The cage and globe screws on and off by hand to access the bulb. This light could use more polishing work, or just let it weather on that outdoor project! And see some of the projects we are working on! Rare Antique Vintage WWII US Navy PERKO 403 Morse Code Signal Light Ruby Red

Beautiful, restored, rare, antique, vintage, 1940’s, WWII, U. Navy, PERKO, heavy cast brass, Morse Code Signal Light, nautical light and Nightlight. Rare beautiful Ruby Red glass lens. Approximately 10 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Plugs into the wall, runs on regular house current and since LEDs are used it can be left on day and night. Feel free to contact me with questions. This is a very rare one, it’s the 2nd one I have ever seen that says PERKO 403 on the bottom (not the bottom of the base) It says it in big letters on the bottom of the actual light. The bottom of the base is marked as well which is rare: R & S Co NY 915. Rare markings are shown in last photos. (The photos show white and orange, my camera photograph of it does that, but this light glows a beautiful Ruby Red in person) I have other collectable lights, please see my other items. The U shaped bracket design was modified to better fit the brass down rod. The down rod in the center hide the wires going up to the ceiling. The cast brass ceiling mount plate is something we added to this design to allow for easy installation and provide a more finished look. Each light measures about 32 inches tall, from the ceiling flange down to the base of each light. The wide bottom of each light measures 17 1/4 inches in diameter. The glass lenses are 14 1/2 inches in diameter. The brass ceiling mount plate measures 5 inches in diameter with four mount holes. The weight of each light is about 31 pounds. Each light has been totally rewired using UL-Listed parts and includes a ground wire. The new bulb holder was made by Westinghouse Electric and takes a normal screw-in house bulb of 100 watts or less. The new wiring and bulb holder is rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts. Our lights have been used in movie sets, restaurants, bars, and store displays. Our nautical treasures also grace some of the most beautiful homes in the world.
